A warm floor underfoot on a winter morning. A relaxing soak at the end of a long day. This primary bathroom remodel in Cedar Rapids brings those everyday comforts home with a custom tile shower, radiant heated floors, and a freestanding Kohler spa tub.

The fully tiled shower gives daily routines a beautiful setting, while the spa tub offers a place to slow down and unwind. Radiant floor heating adds comfort where homeowners feel it most—making chilly mornings and stepping out of the bath a little more inviting.

For these homeowners, the transformation means having a personal retreat just steps away from the rest of daily life—a bathroom that makes starting the morning and winding down at night something to look forward to.
